Read this before ordering: the result is a planning and quotation estimate. Actual consumption changes with fit-up, welding position, joint preparation and operator technique. Where a qualified welding procedure applies, that procedure governs the electrode, size and current — not this page. Rod counts are shown for 6013 only, because it is the one datasheet that publishes electrodes per kilogram of weld metal.
